Instructions
  1. Press liquid from tofu, chop in small cubes.

  2. Mix water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Miso and Spices together in a mixing bowl. Mix until Miso is completely dissolved. Then stir in Nutritional Yeast.
  3. Place tofu into mixing bowl and toss until liquids and spices are thoroughly mixed into the tofu cubes.
  4. Place contents of mixing bowl into a jar, shake, and refrigerator for 72 hours to allow the tofu to marinate in the liquids and seasoning.
  5. After a couple of days, the liquids will be a bit cloudy and the tofu will break down slightly and be very marinated.
  6. Shake before using. Serve on your favorite salad. The liquids make for a fantastic Greek style salad dressing.
  7. Can also be served on various greens.
  8. Can also be served on top of your favorite pasta dish!
