Hearty Vegan Pizza Sauce. This Marinara is also great for spaghetti sauce!

Ingredients
- 3 Medium Garlic Cloves Minced or Pressed
- 1 Cup Riced Cauliflower You can use a food processor or hand shred.
- 1 Cup Carrot Grated
- 1 Small White Onion Diced
- 1 15 oz Can Diced Tomatoes (including liquid)
- 1 6 oz can Tomato Paste
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Fennel Seed Crushed
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp SMOKED Paprika (optional)
- Salt To taste (optional)

Instructions
- In large non-stick sauce pan, saute onions and garlic until onions are translucent. (Note, I normally use white onion with this recipe).
- First add entire contents of diced tomatoes and stir gently to get any stuck bits of onion and garlic from the bottom of the pan.
- Add ALL ingredients, stir, bring it to a boil, and simmer for 40 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- After sauce thickens, spoon over pizza with a ladle or use for spaghetti!
