This sauce is great to top or add to hummus, spice up chili, add to tomato sauce for pasta, make your own chipotle salsa, spice up tofu, etc.!

Ingredients
- 5 Large Red Bell Peppers
- 10 Medium Garlic Cloves
- 1 7oz Can Chiotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Kosher or Sea Salt

Instructions
- Cut red peppers in half, remove stems and seeds. Place face down on a backing sheet. You can use parchment paper for easier removal. Peel garlic cloves and place in foil close together. Cradle the garlic cloves in the foil leaving the top of foil open. Roast in oven while red peppers are roasting. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes until peppers become wilted and begin to char.
- OPTIONAL: Once peppers have cooled to touch, remove outer skin. I prefer to leave it on for the flavor, but you can remove the skin so your sauce has a smoother texture.
- In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and liquefy! Simple and delicious.
