Ingredients
- 1 14 oz Can Heart of Palm (Cut in Rounds)
- 1 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts Chopped
- 1 15 oz Can Red Kidney Beans Drained and Rinsed
- 4 Medium Radishes Diced
- 1/2 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper Diced
- 1/2 Medium Red or Yellow Onion Diced
- 1/8 Cup Fresh Parsly Finely chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 3 TBSP Mandarin Orange Dressing (See below for how to make dressing)

Instructions
- Cut hearts of palm in rounds
- Remove 'woody' outer layer of artichoke hearts and roughly chop.
- Dice radishes, onion, yellow pepper, and parsley.
- Combine all ingredients including dressing and sesame seeds. Gently mix together.
- Chill and serve!
