
This Cilantro Lime Hummus recipe is off the charts in deliciousness. It is oil free and tahini free, and super easy! If you don’t love cilantro, it can be made without.

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can Chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans)
- 2/3 Aquafaba juice (from the can of chickpeas - see instructions)
- 1 15 oz can White Beans Drained and rinsed
- 1 TBSP Fresh Cilantro Chopped
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 1/4 tsp Dries Oregano
- 2 Cloved Fresh Garlic Minced or Pressed
- 1/2 small Fresh Squeezed lime juice (OK to substitute 1 TBSP bottled lime juice)
- 1.5 TBSP Pepitas To top
- 1/8 tsp SMOKED Paprika (Optional if you like it a little smokey)

Instructions
- This is a super easy recipe! Here are the ingredients (note that in these pics, I left out the cilantro for those that don't love cilantro!
- Drain and rinse white beans. Drain garbanzo beans / chickpeas through a strainer - SAVE THE LIQUID (aka Aquafaba)!!!
- Add ALL ingredients to high speed blender or food processor including 2/3 of the aquafaba and blend until smooth. Top with pepitas (spicy ones are best!) and serve!
