Eric O’Grey’s plant-based transformation:

Better late than never for the 10 year challenge!

In the first photo, I was age 50, ~340 lbs, and consumed the standard American diet plus 15 different meds, including 3 different antidepressants and insulin for type 2 diabetes. I was in constant pain, miserable, alone, and didn’t care about anyone except myself.

In the second photo, I’m age 60, 175 lbs, on zero meds with zero health problems, time qualified for the Boston Marathon twice last month in back to back weeks, and am on top of the world. I have the prettiest and most loving wife in America, my dog thinks I’m a superhero, and I’m living my dreams as an animal welfare and plant based nutrition activist.

To learn how you can achieve your dreams and become the extraordinary person you’ve always been meant to be, please listen to my recent interview on the Exam Room Podcast at https://www.pcrm.org/…/vegan-diets-turning-athletes-all-sta… and grab a copy of my book, Walking with Peety, the Dog Who Saved My Life, now available in 8 languages worldwide wherever great books are sold.

PS: Does my new shirt make my abs look flat?
